sub assy and details in same bom?

Is there a way to have the sub assy and the two details that make that sub
assembly both show up in my bom (stocklist)?

When you are placing the Parts List, under BOM Settings and Properties change the Level from "First Level" to "All Levels"

Is that what you need?

Yes thanks. I have some sub assemblies I want shown only has a sub assembly
and some I don't but you can control that with the "edit parts list" and
expand them or don't.
