Howdy,
I'm trying to figure out if there's a way I can make inventor open a drawing from vault from within an inventor macro. What I want to be able to do is hit an open drawing button when I'm in a part or assembly environment and if it's not already on my harddrive have inventor pull it from the vault rather then popping up the open dialog box like it does now. Is there anyway to do this? I think it would be a really easy piece of code to write if there was support to open a specific file from the vault. Does this exist or am I just waisting my time?
