Unhandled Exception in Source - Destination arrows

Sometimes, not always, (about 50%) I get an "Unhandled Exception" error when pressing "OK + Update Source" when placing a destination arrow on another page.

Strangely, I "OK" the dialog and the process completes without problems. Is it something do do with opening the other drawing file? The source drawing gets updated though.

I am using 2010 in SDI mode. Dialog attached.
