vault 2010 lifecycles error

I created a new lifecycle definition. Now whenever, I try to modify the design by loging in as a user with appropriate permissions ( I am using windows authentication to login), I came back with error "Unhanfled exceptions" as shown in attached picture. This is very frustrating I am trying to upload a lage databse to vault and it always show me these unexpected errors. Is there a list of error messages that I could excess.

Hi,

I cannot reproduce your issue on Vault Manufacturing 2010. Could you provide more information about this issue? Like, what is the OS you installed the product? What CAD products you installed? What is the Vault version, Vault Workgroup, Vault Collaboration or Vault Manufacturing? And it will be good to provide the detail steps to reproduce this issue on your environment.
