ADR 2010 and Hyperlinks in Office 2007

Hyperlinks in Office 2007 applications (MS Access, Word, Excel...) do not work with ADR 2010 to view .dwf files. We have a substantial MS Access database with links to .dwf files that no longer function when we upgraded. I've also tested hyperlinks in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and these applications do not even respond to selecting the hyperlink.

Here's what's been checked:

ADR is associated to the .dwf and .dwfx files works fine if I start with ADR and open files

TrueView 2010 and Office 2010 works fine using hyperlinks to .dwf files

ADR2009 + Office 2007 hyperlinks work if no additional Autodesk 2010 products installed

- Added Architecture 2010. MS Access can open hyperlink but upon close get error

- Uninstalled Architecture 2010 and hyperlinks work again with no errors

ADR2010 + Office 2003 hyperlinks work consistently

ADR2010 + Office 2007 hyperlinks do not work:

- Removed Google Chrome

- Tested with and without ADR 2010 fixes

- Tested with admin rights

- Disable Scripts Checked

Are there any known solutions to this problem? It's severly impacting our processes.

I have not been able to reproduce this error. I have a machine with Word 07, ADR 2010, AutoCAD 2010, TV 2010. I am able to create hyperlinks in Word and when I click on them they open correctly in ADR 2010.

Is there a certain set of steps that I need to follow to cause the error?
Do you notice this on all files and machines, or only certain ones?

I've tested it on 3 new machines (with new images) and an older machine that was upgraded to Office 2007. We do run:
- classic menu manager for Office (I could try uninstalling this)
- checked autosaving to 2003 - created hyperlinks in a 2007 version but no difference.
- No Adobe plugin
- Trend security - newer installation
- On first install the file type is associated to Autodesk DWF Document - the hyperlink doesn't even respond with that option
- I change to associate with ADR2010 and then the hyperlink responds and tries to open ADR but I immediately get an error
- If I uninstall ADR2010 and reinstall ADR2009 - all is well
