How do I show and dimension to the center of gravity in an idw. I have it showmn in the assembly model. But cannot figure out how to bring it out on the idw. I coulda swore i have done this before. Im working in 2008

In your IDW model browser, RMB on the model for your view and select COG
from the popup

In the IDW drawing browser, you need to expand the view to bring up the file
for the view

I tried, and there is no option for C.O.G.? Im in 2008 so im assuming thats the issue here

in Inventor 2008, you will need to place a work point at the exact
center of gravity of your part. Later versions of Inventor allow you to
do this automatically.
