FATAL ERROR: Unhandled Access Violation Writing 0x1725 exception at 12df34h

Hi,
For some reason this error appears everytime I try to see the properties of an object, could some one pleas let me know how to fix this. It a real ball breaker!

Thank you for your question.
Problems with either installing DWF Viewer or installing other applications
will cause this issue. When did you meet this issue, at the beginning of
using DWF Viewer or after installing any other applications?
If you meet this issue at the beginning of using DWF Viewer, please try to
reinstall it or use later version Autodesk Design Review.
If you meet it after installing other applications, please try to uninstall
them to see if the issue can be fixed.
