How do i draw an ellipse, im a student

I underwent surgery when i missed the class on how to draw an ellipse for an isometric drawing, PLEASE SOMEONE HELP. I am lost, been an honor student all the way till now and i dont even know how to do an ellipse on CAD, drafting table is a different story.

A regular ellipse would be the ELLIPSE command.

However, since you asked about an ellipse in isometric mode, there is an option of the same command called ISOCIRCLE that is available only in isometric mode.

To reach isometric mode try this macro sequence at the command line: snap;style;isometric;;;off;
To return to standard is the same thing only type standard instead of isometric. Yes you can use the abbreviated versions -- I typed longhand for newbies such as yourself...
