Two Centered Compound Curve

I have the following parameters know:
R of curve 1, Radius of curve 2, and intersection angle
How can I draw two compound curves?
I will appreciate the help.

Do you know the angle of each curve or just the total? I think you are one
parameter short of what you need to draw a two centered curve.
