Design Review 2010 Thick Lines

When I open a DWG in TrueView 2010, the drawing lines look normal but when opening the same file in Design Review 2010, the lines are too thick and are distorted. I downloaded the hotfix for this but it didn't seem to make any difference.

When you open a DWG in Design Review, it gets converted to DWF. Your default
page size for the DWF may be too small:
