Hi I have a common drawing template file with company logo for all my AutoCAD drawings. I checked in this .dwt file into my library folder in vault. Now when I try to view this file using "view in a window" command I do not see my companies logo there. Although logo gets checked in with the template file.

Vault is also creating multiple folders named "0000" in my working folder. Could any body tell me what is that and how do I stop it from occuring.

Are you sure you are not looking at the folders on the server?
Or do you have the vault server installed on your local machine.
Typically the data store on the server is what creates folders named
"000".
If you modify these folders directly you will most likely corrupt the
system.

I mapped my working folder to the server location. Should I have different location for the working folder.

By default the working folder is mapped to "My Documents\Vault".
This is where Vault will download the files to when a get or open
command is done.

I dont want my working folder to be on my documents. I want it on common server location.

I have change the location of the working folder but I am still not able to view the xref logo file. I can see it when I open the file but not when I try to view it using view in a window command.
