Warning when bringing in a DWF file

We are using Design Review for our quality assurance program. When the designer saves the AutoCAD drawing file, a DWF is automaticaly made in the same directory. The QA department opens the DWF file and makes mark-ups for correcttions. Then it is saved of in the same directory. The designer is notified and calls up the AutoCAD drawing. Then loads the Mark Up Set into the drawing. This works most of the time except when we get the following warning: "The Sheet order or content of this DWF has been changed in an external application. The new order will be displayed in the Markup Set Manager, and applied if you republish the DWF. Would you still like to open this DWF?" If the designer answers yes, the DWF file is then opened in Design Review, not in the AutoCAD drawing. What are we doing to make this happen?
Thansk,
Ken

Thank you for your question. The situation you descirbe is usually encountered when a DWG file is modified after generating a DWF file and then the user tries to is import that marked up DWF file back into the changed DWG file. Simply said, the error message indicates that the exact DWG file which generated this DWF file is not the same DWG file. Please let me know if you have any further questions. Sting Liu

Are you reordering or removing sheets using the user interface of Autdoesk Design Review? If so, don't do that. :-)
