3 Phase Wire Number Placement Problem

When using the 3 phase wire numbering function, the wire number placement is not centering in the wire. For some reason the wire number keeps getting justified to the very left of the wire. I have checked many times in the Drawing Properties -> Wire Numbers tab that "center" is selected for the wire number placement but Acad seems to ignore this. The 3 phase wire number function has worked perfect for me in the past but all of the sudden, now the wire numbers get placed on the left of the wire regardless if I have "center" selected or not. Something must have changed but I haven't modified any other properties or settings, to my knowledge. Has anyone ever heard of this? I just recently updated my Acad version with the latest patch and that didn't fix it either. Also, I dont have any issues with the standard Wire Numbers function. That works very well and the wire placement is correct, but not for 3 phase. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I wasn't able to reproduce this. Each time I inserted a new wire number it
was centered. Can you post the .wdp file and the .dwg file where you are
having this issue? If you can't post it can you send it to me directly at
pat.murnen@autodesk.com. The only time it didn't center was when I had
scooted the wire number over and then reinserted. Under these circumstances,
when there is an existing wire number, it just updates the value and does
not change its location.

What version of AcadE are you using?

Thanks for the reply and sorry for the delay. For whatever reason, this problem lasted for about 2 days and then just mysteriously went away. I basically just ignored the issue and continued on with my project and suddenly, it just went back to normal and the wire numbers centered correctly. It must have just been a fluke in Acad. I'm using version 2010 and I have the lateset update.

I've had that happen (using 2008), and found that it only happened when
object snap was on with 'Endpoint' selected and 'Midpoint' not selected. Now
it's the first thing I check when things appear where I don't want them.
