Is there a way to line up the drawings to use the compare function? We would like to compare 2 sheets but the the drawing itself was shifted on the sheet to allow for more notes and now everything is highlighted as removed or added. We need to be able to align the grid lines to compare the sheets.

Here is a way to do it.
I think you'll be missing out on the color coded changes (green for new, red for deleted).......but this is a good way to overlay the geometry from 2 dwfs. http://connected.typepad.com/connected/2009/03/a-trick-for-comparing-two-dwf-files.html

Good question Calvin. I've run into the same issue. That would be great if there were a way to align the shifted .dwfs and have Design Review make a digital comparison from there. Is this possible in Design Review? The video John linked to shows a good tip for overlaying .dwf sheets for a visual comparison, but it isn't automated.
