Seek / Java Error - Windows 7.0

I have a client who is receiving a Seek error on Windows 7.0. It looks to be Java related but am not sure.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Until Win7 is officially released and software companies acknowledge full
compliance, you'll have to wait for such small annoying problems to get
fixed.
