Hi! When it crashes, did you submit a crash report? If yes, please send me an email so I can trace down the report. BTW, is it Engineer's Notebook or Engineer's Handbook? Thanks!
When it crashes it just keeps going and doesn't open the submit report page. I have left it for 30 mins but no crash report.
What is the difference between Notebook and Handbook? If it helps, I am using the Create Note from the right-click menu after selecting a part within an assembly.
I have experienced the same thing. I am using Window Vista 64 bit, and have not used notebook since The 2010 upgrade (I think) certainly not since SP1. Trying to 'Create Note' results in the programme failing to respond, and I have to close it. No opportunity is given to create an error report. I think this is a software problem that Autodesk will have to fix if they are awaire of it.
