I saw a post that said that the "Special Lines" are no longer a part of
Civil 3D? Anyone have a linetype they have created or have a suggestion for
creating a tree line linetype? How about a Railroad Tracks linetype?

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

For treelines I have used the revision cloud.

There is a linetype in the Acad.lin file named Tracks.

Same here. I trace the outline of the trees with a closed polyline, then convert to revision cloud.

Creating linetypes is covered pretty well in the Customization portion of
the help files.

TIP: The MKSHAPE Express Tool comes in very handy. (I would not recommend
the MKLTYPE one, though......that part is easy enough to do with Notepad and
avoids some potential problems.)

Look for a file called aeccland.lin in your All users area. These are the new "custom" lines.
