Our organization has a need for collaborating outside of our infrastructure. Though as CAD designers and engineers we see Streamline as our tool to accomplish that. Our corporate IT and Legal departments see otherwise. Sharing of our data outside of our firewall will be a challenge for us in convincing those individuals that it is safe to do so. In addition, "white papers" describing AutoDESK’s security infrastructure have also been forwarded to them for review.

With that said, are there any current Streamline users who also had this roadblock to overcome?

Thanks for any input

Regards

Hi Mark,

We have both government and private industry clients using our software for that very reason. Is there an industry or government focus you are looking for? You can send an e-mail to keith.pierce@autodesk.com and I can get someone to hand over specific references that should fit the bill. We can also get our security team involved in a conversation with your IT and Legal dept. if you feel it's at an appropriate stage.
