I Can't View Streamline file format(.amp,.ptp) using Streamline viewer 5 ...?

OS:: Window xp
CAD:: Inventor7
Viewer:: Streamline 5
1) Save as => Create Streamline file format (.amp,ptp) with inventor7
2) Streamline file double click
3) Streamline viewer 5 starting
4) Appear "Processing data" message in main browser and This message don't disappear
5) I Can't view feature of Streamline file

What graphics card have you got? Try installing the latest drivers /
certified drivers for Inventor. Also try to reduce the hardware
acceleration.
Have you got another machine where it works i.e. is it file related or
machine (settings) related? Can you view packages that are on a Streamline
site (online)?
Have you tried uninstalling Streamline Express Viewer, cleaning the registry
from related entries and reinstalling the viewer?

Hi
I am really confused.
I have two (2) Dell Precision M60 with the same hardware configuration and graphics card.
The only difference is the OS language.
The Streamline Express viewer works well in the machine with OS in english. In the machine with OS in spanish the "processing Data" message don´t disappear and I have to reboot the machine when I try to open AMP files (with PTP files works well).

I am having the same problem in two machines.
Could you please let me know the Language of your Operating System?
I also would like to know if you have any antivirus

I have several ptp, amp and dwp files in streamline but I am unable to view them. Everytime I open them, the Viewer gives a message that it is not supported.
What viewer do I need to view them?
