Wye rotations other than 0,90,180 & 270?

I'd like to rotate a wye 45 degrees about the main axis but haven't figured out a way other than setting my ucs and using the rotate command. Is there a simpler way?

_rotate3d    You can get the tool
from your command list to put on your toolbars.
